FHA Condominiums and PUDs This Link will provide you with a connection to check if Condominiums are approved for FHA financing. It will allow you to print a certificate with all of the required information. FHA WILL NO LONGER REQUIRE PUDs TO BE APPROVED AS A PRECONDITION TO MORTGAGE INSURANCE AND WILL NO LONGER MAINTAIN A LIST OF APPROVED PUDS. (see Mortgagee Letter 209-02 available on the HUD site)
